The Fracisco Realty family business was established by the late C.J. Fracisco in 1949 in Livermore, CA. and has continued its long term tradition of "Serving the Community with Honesty, Integrity, and Professionalism." Mike is a third generation REALTOR and a licensed Notary Public in California. Mike holds a SFR certification from the National Association of Realtors as a Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource and a CHS certification from the California Association of Realtors for Certified HAFA Specialist.
Mike has 30 years of Sales and Marketing experience in the business community and is focused on exceeding the needs of his clients. Mike has an outstanding reputation as a knowledgeable and professional REALTOR and is committed to representing his clients with honesty and integrity in each and every transaction. Mike is also very well versed on the local community including schools, neighborhoods, city sport programs and community events.
Mike holds a B.S. Degree from San Jose State University and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Bay East Association of Realtors and Woman's Council of Realtors.

 Pat has been a licensed Realtor in California since 1953 and a Broker since 1968. Pat began his real estate career working for his father's company, C.J. Fracisco Real Estate & Insurance Company. Pat has continued to expand his company's services to include Residential, Commercial, Property Management and Land Investment services in the Tri-Valley area. Pat is also a licensed Insurance Broker and Notary Public in California.
Pat holds a B.A. and a M.A. Degree from San Jose State University and is a Veteran of the United States Army. Pat is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and Bay East Association of Realtors. Pat is a native of Livermore and is a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, SIRS, AARP and is involved in several charitable organizations including the American Heart Association. | |
